Raising claim is unavoidable occurrence in construction projects. Claims are common in any type of project due to the absence of claim defendant roles. We provide consultancy service to play a role of claim defendant for Employer/Engineers whereas performing claim digger role for Contractors.
Claim defendant role include identification of foreseeable potential claim emerging areas and proactively act to defend those claims by utilizing obligation under the Contract. Claim defendant role will be performed through writing letters and reserving rights iteratively by responding to Contractor’s letters and correspondences.
Claim digger is a role we fundamentally perform on behalf of the Contractor. Claim digger role involves determination of potential claims with respect to its contractual entitlement. These types of claims may be claims which is unknown to the Contractor at the first instance due to poor attention to contractual entitlement associated with scope deviations. We assist Contractors to find hidden claimable money or time by employing unattended set of data, facts, or information.
