Project Control

Project Control includes project monitoring, tracking, and forecasting. This is a contemporaneous project task and being executed throughout whole project cycle. Ultimately, project controls are iterative processes for measuring project status and forecasting likely outcomes based on current status, records and measurements.

We establish and implement customized project control systems as per project type, discipline, client requirements, nature of project, level of project control required, etc. We are not typical template provider for project control measures, we understand project requirements and client expectation in terms of project control is concerned and accordingly develop project control system by utilizing world best practices and protocols.

Project Control consultancy involves;

  • Defining project Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s and develop physical system/process which facilitate to abstract project data to facilitate KPI determination
  • Execute project monitoring and tracking tools by utilizing planning vs actual measures
  • Forecast at completion measures and plan remaining scope of works
  • Develop project specific dashboards and update project status and forecasts
  • Establish and implement Earned Value Management System
  • Report deviations of KPIs, address recovery measures, and provide recommendations to catch up baseline values
  • Report project KPIs such as CPI, SPI, CV, SV, ECA, ETA, etc., and provide recommendations to improve KPI value
